• Detailed budget
• Debt consolidation mandate

Supporting documents required for a re-mortgaging application:

• Copy of ID document
• Proof of Income (salary advice or financial statements)
• 3 Months bank statements (if self-employed or remuneration is commission based, 6 months)
• 12 months home loan statements
• Most recent statements for all debts to be consolidated.
• A copy of your antenuptial agreement if applicable
• Proof of current physical address
• Income tax number
